Sociopaths are known for lying very very easily. So i'd have to see those test scores. The way she describes her handling of the Opossum and the bike incidents don't come across as intelligent.... So i'd have to disagree on her self declared intelligence.

Blame is one thing but responsibility is another. It's hard to be responsible for something of which you are unaware. But the truth is that children absorb the emotional injuries of the parents and environment. So parents are responsible for this. Of course, they can't do anything about that until they learn why and how. But if a parent is truly sincere in their search, they will be led to this information, such as reading this comment and letting it take you to the next step of research. Psychopathy most often is created by severe abuse or negligence of some kind. But in the occasion that it isn't, and for infants who are already showing signs, there can be a much more insidious reason. Spirit overcloaking happens all the time. Take for example, the Dalai Lama. In their culture, they think the child is the reincarnation of the former Dalai Lama because the child can answer questions that only the deceased person would know. But this child is just very mediumistic and being fed information by the spirit. This happens to children who have an opening to it from the emotional injuries in the parents. It is a lack of self worth that creates a lack of energetic and physical boundaries. Babies can even be overcloaked in the womb, which is how supposed genetic diseases seem passed down. When parents heal, it automatically takes a lot of the burden off of the child who can heal more easily without the unconscious projections from the parents. But the instinct for people to blame is because intuitively we all know this. Those who are responsible can interpret it as blame because of their lack of humility. Their own shame is triggered and they turn it around on others. A humble person would be open to the information and go about the emotional process of grieving, feeling remorse, making amends and seeking to undo any damage from their ignorance. In the process they would grieve their own damage from their parents. All souls are in fact created perfect and pure, and it is during the development of a child that they form illnesses, including psychopathy. I can spot these people immediately now. Something about them is always off and it's so creepy watching them trying to mirror/manipulate me.

I don't consider myself a psychopath, but I have experienced road rage where I was " in the moment" and did not consider the consequences of my actions until much later. Also, I do NOT like injustice especially when it as against myself. I can see myself taking issue with someone trying to assert their authority over me when they clearly do not have such authority.

I'd trust Faulkner long before I'd ever trust Robert Hare. Try finding out how many copies of Snakes in Suits have been sold, good luck with that. The guy made a fortune selling a book that uses fictional examples to illustrate his bias. Why? Because there are no actual examples to point to. To this day psychopathy does not have an entry in the DSM, it's buried under Antisocial Personality Disorder. Hare doesn't feel any need to defend his position, he's Professor Emeritus of Psychology at UBC and doesn't teach classes. Hare's about as authentic as his stupid combover.

What she doesn't understand is that you can be smart and still be wrong. She is like a color blind person telling the rest of us that orange doesn't exist. She can't see it, so it can't be a real thing. People with this affliction can convince themselves that any choice the make is the right one. Sometimes they talk so slick they convince others. She can feel what we feel. She is broken.

Looking to the right while speaking is an indication of using the imagination, or more specifically, lying. Is she lying about how she feels and what she's done, or is she imagining what the listener would like to hear?

lack of empathy seems to make one more robotic and adding some lack of introspection. seemingly intelligent but unable to add "dont think im dangerous" with "grey rage" while talking about it as if people buy it, she must be buying it herself at that intelligence level. just makes me want to avoid her, what if I put up an attitude and activate her grey rage which she has no control over

Never thought I'd envy a psychopath.

If she's so smart why didn't she bother looking up whether or not opossums are actually pests (they're not) so she could make an informed decision about whether to kill one OR at least try to find a more logical and efficient way to kill one? I don't think, "I should try to clumsily kill this thing I know nothing about" really indicates the higher brain function she thinks she has.

Her speech pattern is similar to some female police officers I know.

Do they say they can't trust themselves with you or do you say that because you don't understand what they mean when they say they can't trust you? Do they start out saying they can't trust you and you manipulate them to say the other way around because you are narcissistic? I would bet a lot on the second one. Sorry buddy, it's you not them no matter how many times you try to manipulate it to blame them for your conduct.

I would absolutely sue her, for the value of the bikes, and for legal expenses, and then when she inevitably did it again, I would sue her again, and again, and again, until I had a whole f***ing stable full of horses.

Narcissism is endemic in psychopaths. Narcissists obsess about how they are perceived. Psychopaths compulsively lie. Both pathologies are untreatable nor do sufferers want to be treated. They wear a friendly smiling masked mime to `Pass´ and are sometimes aware. That is to say, they are more concerned about how they are perceived than how they act.

I'm sorry this interview made me laugh so much. The fact that there are people who legit cannot natural feel empathy and just will literally be so objective to a fault is so funny. I had to give up my job and I’m a single parent of a kid like this and when I ask for help people don’t understand and they blame me. My son belongs in an institution but the school and child protective services don’t want to pay for it even though they have partial custody of him he is home with me and my daughter and has a severe video gaming addiction. When I try to stop him he hurts me and I call the police which is a waste of time and this is getting very stressful and lonely. Everything I do I’m trapped
